What is Marina

Marina is the agent on call for packet plumbing — the unglamorous work of keeping bytes flowing where you told them to flow.

She lives next to your service mesh and watches for:

Leaks: traffic that escaped its intended route via a stale config map or a forgotten retry policy.
Puddles: backed-up queues, stuck dead-letter folders, idempotency keys collecting dust.
Joint creep: gradual schema drift between services that technically still serialize but no longer mean the same thing.

What she does on every push

Re-runs the contract checks across linked services.
Compares the active routing table against the declared one.
Opens a PR if a flange has loosened — never just rewrites your config.

Marina does not page you. Marina ships dispatch.

Why the plumber metaphor

Because packet plumbing is the right level of glamour for the work. We don't need a wizard. We need someone who shows up, fixes the leak, and leaves before the standup.

About Project
